The overall mission of Stepping Stone Staffing, LLC is: To decrease the unemployment rate, reduce recidivism nationally, and increase familial support among felons; thereby making these individuals fully contributing members of society, who create positive impact in their neighborhoods and the nation.

Our guiding principle is: The only sure way to fail is to never try, and failure is certain to be a part of our lives. However, we must not let our failures become our destiny; instead, we must use them as our “stepping stones" to success!

Stepping Stone Staffing, LLC was established in St. Louis, Missouri in 2005 by D. Monae Moore, former Probation & Parole Officer, Child Support Technician, and Veterans' Affairs Field Agent; a visionary who has always believed that success comes from helping others succeed.

Moore's vision for Stepping Stone Staffing, LLC is a nationally franchised agency serving all job seekers experiencing employment challenges, with an emphasis on assisting those with felony convictions, service related disabilities, and insufficient child care.
